The Mantello di Vongola Primo is a cloak initially used by the First Generation Vongola Boss, Giotto. Through the future Vongola technology, the 10th generation Boss, Tsuna, is able to use this weapon through his Box Animal. The cloak has the Roman Numeral "I" on the front to symbolize the connection to the Vongola Primo. The cloak has the ability to nullify attacks using the Sky Flame's Harmony attribute. The Sky-attribute of the cloak even has the ability to turn Box Animals into stone. After unlocking the Original Vongola Rings, the metal band of the cloak with the Roman Numeral I gains several sharp spikes.

The Mitena di Vongola Primo (Vongola First's Gauntlet) ia a gauntlet initially used by the First Generation Vongola Boss, Giotto. Through future Vongola technology, the 10th Generation Boss, Tsuna, is able to use this weapon when his Vongola Box Weapon Natsu goes into Cambio Forma. The gauntlet has the Roman Numeral "I" on the front to symbolize the connection to Vongola Primo.
When either Giotto or Tsuna focuses all their Flames onto their fist for a single attack, their Gloves change and are capable of delivering a punch of devastating effect to the enemy. After unlocking the Original Vongola Rings, the gauntlet gains several sharp spikes and more power.

Cambio Forma: Ugetsu Asari's Four Irregular Swords
Users: Takeshi Yamamoto, Asari Ugetsu
Ugetsu Asari's Four Irregular Swords form a set of swords consisting of one long sword and three short swords. This set of swords was used by the First Generation Vongola Guardian of the Rain Ring, Ugetsu Asari. It was said that Asari Ugetsu loved the flute, but when he heard that the Vongola Primo had encountered danger, he immediately sold off his treasured flute for this set of swords to aid him. Through future Vongola technology, the 10th Generation Guardian, Yamamoto, uses a similar set of swords through the Cambio Forma of his Vongola Box Animal. The long sword which Yamamoto uses has the Roman Numeral I on it to symbolize the connection with the First Generation. What is different is that the short swords have blades made of rain flames (thus allowing variation of length) and can be used as propellants.

Alaude's Handcuffs are handcuffs initially used by the First Generation Vongola Guardian of the Cloud Ring, Alaude. Through future Vongola technology, the Tenth Generation Guardian, Hibari, can transform his Box Animal, Roll into a similar weapon. The handcuffs can multiply in number by the Cloud Flame's Propagation Attribute. The multiplication takes place extremely quickly, giving the enemy almost no time to react. When the handcuffs multiply, it is even capable of changing shape to match the opponents body. After the opponent is completely restrained, with a pull of the chains, the weapon is capable of crushing the enemy to death.

Daemon Spade's Devil Lens is a weapon initially used by the First Generation Mist Guardian, Daemon Spade. It was said that he could curse anyone he glared at through this lens, and whoever was glared at through this lens would be found dead floating on the sea the next day. Through the latest Vongola technology, the 10th generation Guardians, Mukuro and Chrome, are able to use this weapon through their Box Animal.The Vongola Mist Owl transforms into a set of three Lenses. These Lenses enable the user to see through Illusions and reveal the nature of attacks. When used by Mukuro, it grants him the additional ability to see the weaknesses and the status of an enemy.

G's Archery is a bow and arrow-based weapon first used by the First Generation Vongola Guardian of the Storm, G.. It was said that G., though highly proficient in a large range of firearms, always used a bow and arrow when doing work for the Vongola.Through Cambio Forma, the 10th Generation Storm Guardian, Gokudera, can transform his Box Animal into a similar weapon. The weapon design has the limbs of the bow made of "bones". It is capable of increasing the output of Storm Flames compared to the normal box weapon. It has the Roman Numeral "I" on the front to symbolize the connection to the First Generation.

Lampo's Shield is a shield which was used by the First Guardian of the Lightning Vongola Ring, Lampo. Through future Vongola technology, the 10th Generation Guardian, Lambo, can transform his Vongola Box Weapon, Gyuudon, into a model of this shield. This weapon is equipped with a horned shield and has the Roman Numeral I on the front to symbolize the connection to the 1st Generation. The shield is also equipped with two horns like Lambo's horns that are encircled by rings, and also forms a helmet with a Lightning Crest in the middle.

Cambio Forma: Knuckle's Maximum Break

Knuckle's Maximum Break is the circumstance in which the First Generation Vongola Guardian of the Sun Ring, Knuckle, gave himself a three minutes time limit and saved the Vongola by boxing. Through future Vongola technology, the 10th Generation Sun Guardian, Ryohei Sasagawa, can use Cambio Forma to re-enact this circumstance. During Cambio Forma, Ryohei's body is shot by the Sun Enhancement Shot. His Vongola Box Weapon, Kangaryuu V.V.B., transforms into a set of gloves and a helmet. Ryohei's body glows with the Sun Flames' color. His body structure and, correspondingly, abilities are enhanced. As such, he is capable of performing extraordinary feats of speed and strength. The gloves and helmet are enhanced with Sun Flames and have the Roman Numeral "I" on the gloves and the Vongola Sun Emblem on the helmet to symbolize the connection to the First Generation Sun Guardian, Knuckle. However, few humans have the body structure to withstand the strain of the flames of the enhancement shot, as they would collapse under the overwhelming pressure; Ryohei can withstand this pressure for only three minutes. Once the three minutes are up, the white gear of the Cambio Forma turns black and the glow around Ryohei's body diminishes. Ryohei also experiences the side effects of the pressure then.
